Tucked quietly away in Southwest Edmonton’s scenic Heritage Valley, Allard is a thriving new neighbourhood defined by open green spaces, quiet cul-de-sacs and proximity to fantastic amenities. Allard is also known for its diverse array of modern home styles, including apartment-style condos, trendy townhomes, family-friendly duplexes and two-storey homes. First established in the late 2000s, residential development in Allard has been ongoing. Offering a large selection of high, low and medium density new construction homes, Allard provides plenty of appeal for buyers in search of the latest home features and finishes.

Single-Family Homes and Duplexes – Accounting for roughly half of all home styles within the area, Allard’s single-family homes and duplexes are in high demand among Edmonton families. Commuting From Allard 

Allard is bounded by James Mowatt Trail to the west, 30th Ave to the north, Blackmud Creek to the east and 41st Ave to the south. Located along Edmonton’s southern city limits, residents can easily access both the Edmonton International Airport and the surrounding communities of Nisku and Leduc via the nearby QE2 Highway. Adjoining Gateway Boulevard also intersects with several major Edmonton thoroughfares (including the south Anthony Henday and Whitemud Trail) and provides a streamlined commute to downtown Edmonton in under 30 minutes.

Though transit opportunities are still developing in the area, Allard will soon feature a stop along the city’s Capital LRT line expansion, which will see the south Edmonton track extended from Century Park to Ellerslie Road.
