Callingwood North

Callingwood North is a highly accessible community bordered by 178th Street to the west, Whitemud Drive to the north and 170th Street to the east. Located just moments from the 800+ shops, services, restaurants and recreation venues of West Edmonton Mall, residents of Callingwood North enjoy having countless amenities at their fingertips. The area is also home to Callingwood Park (one of the city’s largest parks), two schools, a family YMCA and an off-leash dog area.

Most residential development in Callingwood North took place during the 1970s, with an emphasis on medium and high-density housing. La Perle

Lymburn

Situated within close proximity to both the West Anthony Henday and Whitemud Drive, Lymburn strikes a perfect balance between quiet, family-friendly atmosphere and easy accessibility. Equally as accessible are the neighbourhood’s home prices, with smaller-sized starter homes priced in the high 200s. First established in the early 2000s, Webber Greens is a newer West Edmonton community celebrated for its scenic golf course views and affordable new construction homes. The neighbourhood represents one of several comprising the larger Lewis Estates district, defined by Highway 16A to the north, the Anthony Henday to the east and Whitemud Drive to the south. 

Featuring vast amounts of open green space, walking trails and ponds, Webber Greens is an outdoor-friendly community that lives up to its name. The area also houses a convenient commercial district, offering an array of shops, services and restaurants, as well as two schools and an active community league. Additional schools, recreation amenities, shops, and services (including West Edmonton Mall) are also located just a short drive away.

Despite being a brand-new neighbourhood in an ultra-desirable location, homes in Webber Greens are remarkably affordable. Single-family homes, which account for just over half of all residences, are incredibly well-priced, with three-bedroom, three-bathroom models starting in the mid 300s. Duplexes and townhomes account for nearly all remaining home styles in the area, offering a spacious, lower-cost alternative to the community’s detached properties. A few apartment-style condo opportunities can also be found throughout.
