West Jasper Place is a residential area bounded by the west Anthony Henday to the west, Stony Plain Road to the north, 170th Street to the east and the Anthony Henday/North Saskatchewan River to the south.

Laurier

The Grange

The Grange is a relatively new residential area comprised of three contemporary neighbourhoods, Glastonbury, Granville and The Hamptons, each undergoing varying stages of development.

Roughly 75% of all residences within The Grange are detached homes. Lewis Estates encompasses all communities east of 231st Street, south of Highway 16A, west of the Anthony Henday and north of Whitemud Drive. All homes within Lewis Estates have been constructed within the last 20 years (with many communities still undergoing development), with emphasis on single-family homes.

Convenient, front-attached models tend to be the most common detached home style across all Lewis Estates neighbourhoods, equipped with an average of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a price tag of $450,000. Following single-family homes, duplexes remain the second most popular home style in Lewis estates, as well as a few apartment-style condos.
