Westview Village is a manufactured home community tucked quietly away near the west Anthony Henday between Highways 16 and 16A. An established West Edmonton neighbourhood, nearly half of all homes in the area were constructed during the 1960s and 70s, most of which have been retrofitted with the latest upgrades and features. The remaining half were built between 1980 and the early 2000s, offering two to three bedrooms and roomy floorplans. Additionally, many homes in the area feature single or double detached garages, large, fenced lots, deck and patio space and generous square footage.
On-site amenities in Westview Village include an active community league that hosts a variety of family-friendly events throughout the year, two playgrounds, sports fields, a fitness centre, a local daycare, a convenience store, two stormwater lakes and much more. Castle View Village in Northwest Edmonton
Castle View Village can be found in the heart of Northwest Edmonton’s Castle Downs district. Part of the greater neighbourhood of Dunluce, residents of this established manufactured community have immediate access to two local schools (public and Catholic), ample parks, open green spaces, an active community league and a large recreation centre.
Like many single-family homes in the area, most Castle View Village properties were constructed in the late 1970s and early 1980s. As such, many homes for sale within the community feature double-wide lots, large floorplans with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and modern upgrades. Extremely walkable, those living in the Castle View Village also enjoy having convenient access to transit and major commuter routes such as the north Anthony Henday and 97th Street (less than 20-minutes to downtown).

Evergreen can be found in the far reaches of Northeast Edmonton, bounded by 18th Street to the west, Horsehill Creek to the north, Meridian Street to the east and 167th Ave to the south. Surrounded by open green spaces and located just 3-minutes away from the northeast Anthony Henday, Evergreen strikes the perfect balance between peaceful prairie living and big-city convenience.
First established in the early 1970s, Evergreen has rapidly become one of Edmonton’s most popular manufactured home communities, growing to well over 1,000 happy homeowners. Nestled alongside a quiet wooded ravine, residents of Evergreen enjoy having access to the on-site amenities and activities only a manufactured home community can provide. These include a community hall, outdoor rink, playground, youth programs, senior’s club, game nights, convenience store, restaurant and bar and much more.
Despite the neighbourhood’s mature status, many homes in the area have been renovated to feature the latest finishes and features modern buyers have come to expect. What’s more, the majority of units in the area come with large lots, ample yard and deck space and, in some cases, a detached garage.

Although established more than 30 years, Maple Oak Ridge remains one of Edmonton’s smallest manufactured home communities. Defined by 17th Street to the west, this semi-secluded, family-friendly neighbourhood sits within a short distance of both the Sherwood Park Freeway, Whitemud Drive and the east Anthony Henday.
Maple Oak Ridge’s convenient location allows residents to access desirable amenities in both Sherwood Park and Southeast Edmonton. These include several schools, both public and Catholic, medical and family-oriented services, shops (including big-box retailers), restaurants, recreation and entertainment venues and much more. Local amenities specific to the Maple Oak Ridge community include a convenience store, restaurant and pub, playgrounds, open green spaces, community league (hosting a number of events and activities), walking trails and nearby transit.
Manufactured homes in the Maple Oak Ridge neighbourhood are both family-friendly and affordable. Many properties within the area were constructed as recently as 2015, with older homes having been renovated and refinished to include modern upgrades.
