Beaumaris Home Styles

Beaumaris was first established in the early 1970s, with development continuing well into 90s. Single-family homes account for most home styles in the area. Incredibly diverse, these detached dwellings consist of convenient front-attached models, rear detached properties (celebrated for their front yard space and eye-catching curb appeal), split-level homes, lakeside luxury properties, and more.

Affordable, low-rise apartment-style condos are also extremely popular in Beaumaris, many of which feature modern upgrades, walkable access to Beaumaris Lake and desirable onsite amenities (i.e. exercise rooms, indoor pools, party rooms, underground parking, etc.).

Budget-friendly townhomes and duplexes can also be found throughout the area. Due to the neighbourhood’s established status, many of these units have been upgraded to include the latest finishes and features, in addition to private yard spaces and, in many cases, a finished basement and/or attached garage.
